Great place to stay in Flam
Wonderful, cozy apartment in a beautiful , scenic location. The apartment is located just a short walk from the center of Flåm, so you have easy access to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions that the town has to offer.

Simple cabin with a view
These are convenient cabins if you want to spend the night in Flåm where there aren’t many options. The cabins have a small kitchen where you can cook simple meals. It was ok but I’d have rather a cleaner place. The good point was the view from the window! A not that small waterfall was directly in front of us

Apartment not recommended
Apartment unkempt, especially the kitchenette. No possibility of blackout. Host very unfriendly and unhelpful, The location far too far from the place, no shopping, without car not recommended at all.

A nightmare place
We booked because it was described as quiet overlooking beautiful scenery. The scenery was correct but when we arrived someone was setting up a marquee in the field. When we asked the receptionist Alexia what it was she said it was some corporate thing. When we got back at 6pm there was a 30th birthday party in full swing with very loud thud thud music. Alexia had clearly misled us. The music went on until midnight but the noise didn’t stop until 2am. The proprietors had also allowed the party goers to use our shared bathroom! So all night I could just hear people peeing and talking loudly in the toilet as well as the loud music. We complained to Alexia the next day. She couldn’t see anything wrong with it and called my wife annoying for complaining. She was very rude and wouldn’t tell us the name of her boss. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

A view I could wake up to the rest of my life!
This was a one night stay for 5 of us. We had everything we needed, it was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The views are amazing, its a wonderful way to start the day!

Please inform Brekke Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests arriving after the reception closes (8PM) have to perform a self check-in with the given information. The address on the platform is the ZIP Code of Flåm due to us having different apartments’ locations. Some in the Center close to the Train/Ferry/Bus Stations. Others near the reception. Our Shuttle Service depends on availability. Take notice that there’s an extra fee for additional guests or replacement of linen (initial are included). When traveling with pets, an extra fee of 250 NOK per pet will be charged at the reception. Note that a maximum of 2 pets are allowed in each accommodation. We are a self-catering accommodation and don’t offer any type of food and condiments. Please don’t ignore the check-in hour (4PM) and demand an early entry.
