Meeted by a smoked lobby, light that flashed and did not work. My room was in a door and in a long narrow hallway with kitchen in the hallway (?). The room is not like in the pictures, was like sleeping on Grandma's old storage room which is turned into a guest room for the occasion. The windows had brown rins of dirt, the wallpaper flattened, no bed table, and the bathroom had hair in the corners and broken mirrors. Was like being in a bad horror movie

a nightmare hotel
the hotel is not so easy to find, it's a former factory along the road, in a not so great area for families.
nevertheless, i was very confident and had good expectations, both thanks to the reviews and to their descriptions.
the hotel is not at all inviting, nor welcoming. i'm sorry for the reception staff, all three of them (the workers i dealt with during my stay) are kind and helpful.
self-check-in is good, but the floor where the room is located should be indicated, otherwise you still have to ask the staff for information.
the lift buttons are not very functional. the room is small, everything is jammed. the beds are comfortable and the sheets are clean.
be careful not to throw the towels on the floor and to request cleaning in the room by means of the coupon to be attached to the door saying ‘please clean the room’: no, they guaranteed me that no one enters the room, no one brings clean towels.
there is no air conditioning, and despite the not high temperatures these days (early july) you cannot sleep from the heat. you have a fan at your disposal, which is better to turn on than to leave the window open. the area is not the quietest in the city and balconies are easily accessible to other guests.
the worst thing of all: after about twenty minutes the hot water is gone. showering for two is impossible. the shower stall is completely destroyed and the bathroom floor floods.
Disappointing experience, unlike oslo which is a city I will carry in my heart.
highly non recommended!
