Very good, I have been there several times.

It is a fantastic hotel; it may not be the most modern in the area, but it is very comfortable.
The location is good, in the center of Stryn and next to the fjord, with various shops around.
️ The rooms are simple but comfortable and clean, with good light and well-equipped.
The breakfast is a fairly complete buffet, although if there are groups, there is a long line for coffee. The dinner buffet is very good and quite varied.
The reception and bar staff are wonderful; they are all very pleasant.

Avoid, especially if you have mobility issues

This place is basically substandard! The rooms are way too small for 2 people with no room to put your suitcases or risk falling over them if left on the floor. The bathroom is tiny even for small people like us. It takes considerable effort to extract any soap from the dispenser and getting in and out of the bath to have a shower is downright dangerous. No anti slip mat and no rail. Too bad if you have mobility issues.
The evening meals were ok provided you want quantity rather than quality.
There is no lift but staff do help with suitcases.
On the plus side, the room was clean, the breakfast was nice and the beds are ok.

Not bad.

Roadside hotel with quite a bit of passage. The rooms are decent with good size, comfort and bedding is good. The buffets for dinner and breakfast were not bad but we would have liked more choices. Good place to stay.

Great hotel I recommend

Very surprised with the hotel. While it's a bit far from "downtown," the rooms were perfect. Modern, clean, spacious, cared for in detail, with very good sleep quality. Also the bathroom was spacious and clean.
We had buffet dinner with the traveling group and breakfast, and the quality and variety was very good.
