I stayed in room 49 by the pool and shaded gardens. Lovely, quiet and very roomy / comfortable. Staff were very friendly and food was very nice (breakfast and dinner). opposite a golf course and very quiet. Would stay there again

Quiet, comfortable with friendly staff

I fancied a change from traditional hotels which can be noisy and impersonal. This guest house was really lovely, quiet, comfortable and with really friendly staff. The room (no 49) was very big, clean, with good WiFi connection, a little kitchen area, a large bathroom with double shower, desk, fan etc..
Outside the French doors you have two loungers and access to a small pool and shaded gardens.
The restaurant area in the main house is light and quiet, and the food very good. You have a different cooked breakfast every day with fresh coffee, juice, fruit etc. If you don’t want to go out they offer a 3-course dinner for only R 220.
Greenfields are opposite a golf course and within a gated compound so very safe. I would stay there again!

Greenfields Alberton on the golf course

Location is really central, accessible and its located in a safe area with a secure entrance and exit, the rooms were clean, neat and everything you need is provided. If you aren't a sound sleeper, the highway behind the golf course can be noisy. The restaurant and breakfast is excellent and they have the best cappuccino in a large mug- the best!

Lovely two day conference

While the general temperature was rather cold, the service and desire to meet the clients need was red hot!
