More Than a Hotel - It Felt Like Home

I booked the hotel with three of my siblings, and we didn’t set our expectations high. Honestly, the hotel was more than wonderful. It gives you a real feeling of home, even though I come from a very different background (I came from Saudi Arabia).
I really loved the place — it felt very warm and intimate. We took two rooms, London and Rome. Because of how beautiful the place was, on our first day in the city we decided to stay in and not go out.
The staff were extremely helpful and cheerful, especially Anna. My sister asked her if she could write her a card, and she didn’t just write one for my sister — she wrote cards for all of us.
If I ever return to Saint Petersburg, I will definitely come back to this more-than-wonderful hotel. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Deluxe Bangkok in the center of C. - Petersburg

A beautiful hotel! We were visiting for the first time. The staff is extremely polite, attentive. An atmosphere of comfort, warmth and... stability. Perhaps it's important now: you go back to the hotel to rest, and it's as if all the fuss is left behind. There's nothing to say about the cleanliness of the rooms, the quality of the linen and the silence - everything is at an excellent level. Take Bangkok on the library floor. No reproach. We'll definitely be back. Thank you!

Cozy house in the city centre

Cozy house in the city centre: stayed at Alexander House Guest House for 5 nights. We received a very warm welcome (Anna, Catherine, Nail-
Thank you! ), quickly checked in. They took 2 numbers: Amsterdam and Mallorca. They were specifically looking for a small hotel to keep things quiet. Rooms have everything you need: hygiene facilities, tea, coffee, water. We were on field trips all day, so we had a cleaned room waiting for us when we got back. Breakfasts are great, you can order hot dishes (eggs, cheeses, waffles, porridge) that will be made especially for you. And a decent buffet: pastries, sausages, omelets, fish... in general, everyone will find something to eat. Very friendly staff: waiters, administrators. Everyone will always prompt and respond quickly. The hotel left a good experience: a friendly atmosphere, attentive staff and a great location: in the centre, but at night quiet, you can rest comfortably.

Ideal to be a tourist in your hometown

It's fine. Attitude, cleanliness, location, food, aesthetics. Lived in a Bangkok suite. The garden in the centre is an excellent accent 5+

Warmth and coziness in Peter

It's not the first time we've stayed at the Hotel. Very nice feelings from living. Lovely staff. Clean and thoughtful rooms. The kitchen is delicious. Cozy restaurant. Everybody's at the top. Thank you for your attention and concern. We'll definitely come back and more than once!
