Venue of Tsunan Snow Festival
I visited there because it was the site of the Tsunan Snow Festival. Cars not pre-booked are not allowed on the day, so we took the shuttle bus from Tsunan Town Hall. Sleet fell hard at the time of the lantern's launch, but the powerfully rising lantern was still fantastic.

Price, 2 is reasonable for the number of stars
At the Viking venue for dinner
At the entrance, the sign says feel free to take a seat that is "mealed"
So they secure a window seat, turn the tag over to 'meal', put the slip on the table and the family go get the Vikings
I was sitting at a table looking at the menu when the staff came and asked me to move this seat because other customers had taken it first.
In this case, which one is correct?
You win what you say and you try to tell the staff even if you have a previous customer because that seat is good.
Or is it your fault that you can't foresee a group of old men forgetting to turn over their bills?
It's a brilliantly Kramer treatment, and it's a common treatment among the staff.

I swear when I receive this response, I will never come back.
The facilities themselves are already old and look like Showa period inns
The result of the establishment of a facility that ran a large deficit by using the tax of the inn and people's savings as investments
The price is low. Less than half the cost of accommodation at a nearby resort hotel

I need you to improve your information.
It seems that the public bath was reserved time, but there was no information at the front desk,
I told the front desk about it, and they said, "You know, it said it on the bathroom entrance."
Do guests have a reserved time at check-in? I was disappointed that they wouldn't tell me unless I asked them. There was no information other than information about the entrance to the bath

I don't think they could have added a word to it when they checked in.
I asked to be picked up from Echigo Yuzawa, but the driver was very kind

The worst
The attitude of the non-Japanese man at the front desk was terrible. When I called, I usually said yes, thank you for calling. He said yes! What is it? I said I have a reservation, and he said in broken Japanese, so what? He said it was like, "We have a reservation, so just come by yourself." There was no information about the parking lot. I was so angry. The Japanese woman at the front desk was normal. Lastly, I forgot my dog's bed, which I cherish, and it was thrown away. I was angry because there was evidence of it being left behind on the dashcam. She insisted that it didn't exist. I guess they threw it away because it was too much trouble to send it out. I can't forgive that front desk. It's a mystery why they make someone who can't speak Japanese properly work at the front desk. I can't help but think they're trying to pick a fight. They were just as rude to other guests and the person on the phone.

Want an amazing sky lantern and winter experience? MUST visit here!
I've stayed here with my friends 1 night. We could have an amazing experience!
Took about 1 hour from Echigo Yuzawa st, the winter snow view from the pick up bus amazed us! Staff there was very friendly and we could have some fresh sasimi, local soba noodle, boiled crabs offered by all-you-can-eat style. We flew the sky lantern up at 18:00. It was one of the most memorable experiences for me!! the lanterns flew high up in the sky... it was very pretty and reminds me a Disney movie the attractions of the hotel is not only this winter season, we can enjoy four seasons with the charm of beautiful nature! I hope I can bring my friends and family someday!!
