Many great shops and restaurants just minutes away by walking. Wi-fi tops. Staff always excellent. Stayed four times at this property.

This hotel offers a wide range of amenities, including all the essentials such as face masks, drip coffee, and other necessary items. The hotel is located in a very great area, and the price is very reasonable. The staff provides excellent service and is always ready to assist. I highly recommend this hotel, and if I have the opportunity to return, I will definitely choose to stay here again.

Very professional staff, exceptionally clean facilities, comfortable bed, wired internet access with a complimentary cable, and a fantastic central location—just a short walk from the tram station.

Good location

Located in Sun Road New Town, you can go to Kumamoto Castle or to the suburbs by bus from Sakuramachi Bus Center. There are many restaurants around here, so it's a good place to start.
