Right in front of Kusatsu Onsen Yuhata!
A long-established hotel in the center of Kusatsu Onsen.
After all, it is located right next to Yubata
Very convenient for sightseeing!
The facility has a calm atmosphere,
The hot springs were good and warmed to the core of my body ♪
Dinner buffet.
Joshu beef, fresh vegetables,
There are a wide variety of sashimi, all delicious
The sukiyaki is especially impressive.
Kusatsu-ness and satisfaction
It was an inn where we could taste it!
After all, it is located right next to Yubata

A long-established inn located right in front of Kusatsu Onsen Yubata
It's been a very long time since I went to Kusatsu Onsen when I was young.
Kusatsu Onsen seems to have many inns, but this time I chose Hotel Kazui, which is located in front of the Yubata.
From the price point of view, the food is buffet style.
We arrived at Kusatsu Onsen by bus, and it was before we started checking in, so we left our luggage at the front desk and picked up the room key.
It was good because the front desk seemed to be quite crowded at 3pm, the start time of check-in.
Then, we had to choose the meal time, but we chose dinner from three times, so we chose the latest from 19:15. Likewise, breakfast the next day is a choice from three times, so choose from 6:45.
Hotel Kazui advertises that there are 23 rooms facing Yubata, but our house is price-first, so it is the main building opposite Yubata.
The room was normal, but there was enough in our house.
Structurally, it was somewhat troublesome to go back and forth between the main building facing the Yubata and the new building crossing the passage, as the new building has hot springs and a buffet restaurant named Yuun (new building 9F).
When I went to the restaurant at the designated time, there was some line, but the buffet venue was quite spacious, and I felt that it was a long-established inn.
There's a live kitchen right at the entrance, but it's pretty substantial, with steaks, roast beef, tempura and sushi.
Other than that, it is installed on the table, but there is also sukiyaki of Joshu beef, crab corner, etc.,
I think the satisfaction of the ingredients is high.
Frankly speaking, I think it's a step above the buffets at inns that I usually use.
Even if I sat down and ate, there was little hectic atmosphere unique to the buffet venue, so I was able to eat calmly.
Of course, I think the level of taste is satisfactory.
Breakfast the next day was also quite varied and full of delicious looking ingredients.
The hotel itself is located in front of Yubata, but the source is not "Yuhata source", but "Yuhata-mae Shirahata source" for the large public bath and "Shiraneyama Bandai mineral source" for the open-air bath.
Personally, there are three tubs for different water temperatures, and I like warm water, so I was grateful to have a tub that was about 38 degrees.
I was able to book at the right time this time, so I was able to stay at a reasonable price, which made me feel even more cosier.

Best hotel location at the center of Kusatsu Onsen and nearby the famous attraction e.g. Yubatake, Netsunoyu show within walking distance. The room, public onsen, breakfast and dinner buffet are all perfect!

Location was good however the room still shows it age. The most disappointing part would be the dinner and breakfast, it was rather bland and ordinary.
