Great lodging for its price, location and comfort

Stayed for just a night, taking the 1st floor room for 2 with an en-suite and the upper floor room for 1 (Common shower & toilet). It was a well maintained lodging - Clean, private enough even though it was quite full that night we stayed. Location was its main selling point, being close to the stations, shops, eateries and attractions like Narita Temple. And of course it is very reasonably priced. I loved my upper floor room (single occupancy). Equipping air conditioner. The room lock gives high security. Showers a bit small but manageable.
If I need to critique…
I don’t mind that they don’t provide coffee/tea, just water (hot&cold). But I wish they would provide bigger cup & stirers for when guest make their own hot drinks. Also, more importantly, the locker should have higher security like rods/racks to secure our luggage to with our own chain & padlocks.

This is four minutes away from JR Narita Sta. which makes it very convenient. The self-check in procedure was pretty easy. It's near Narita Shinshoji.

It was okay. I had the private room to myself. The place is clean and the location is great, close to both the attraction and train station to the airport. However, be aware of the Japanese style room setting. There is no bed or chair inside the room. I am okay with sleeping on the floor but cannot bear sitting all the time on the floor.

I really love stayed here. The guesthouse is lovely and cozy. It’s feels like you stay at your friend’s home. The host is supportive and kind.If you have a plan to visit japan. I recommend you to stay this guesthouse before you go to Tokyo.
The location not far from Narita station as much. You can walk around 5 min to get there.
