Lovely Place to stay

We stayed at Niigata Toei only for one night on the way to see Gosen Tulip festival. The room and toilet was nice, clean and spacious with a wonderful view having almost all amenities as expected of a hotel of its class. Hence why only four stars?
The front office/reception had very little knowledge of English. I do not expect the front office/reception to know all the languages of the world, but I request the Managers/Owners to use technology and have the language interpretation equipment e.g.Google translate so that one can communicate. The second was lack of coffee in the room, and when asked the front office expressed their inability to give the same. I would rate this between mid range to Luxury Hotel.

很好的飯店！20250307週五晚上入住$1202新臺幣，環境良好！大廳在三樓，客房在其他樓層，唯一不方便就是鑰匙不是卡片，所以放在包包裡面體積比較大一些～

浴室の排水は遅かったです。
また、エアコンは古すぎるから、うるさいです。
また、一棟全部ホテルではなく、一階と二階は他の施設です。受付は3階です。
気にする方お気をつけてください。

新潟駅から程近い立地です。
駐車場が隣接しており、１泊800円で駐車出来ます。
清掃が行き届いており、とても清潔です。
良いホテルです。
