Although it is a little bit far from the JR station, but there is tram connecting the hotel and station and it costs you 140yen. The bed and pillow is not comfortable and the room is a litle bit small. But it is reasonable to stay there as breakfast is included and there is cheap self laundry service (200yen washing + 100yen drying), what can you still expect?
Some staffs cannot speak fluent English but they are really kind and helpful.

Just for sleep

You need to ride on a Tram to reach the hotel. The hotel is old and I did not like that the toilet lever was half broken and partially the color was changed. The fee is low but next time I would prefer other hotels with higher price. I could walk around from the hotel to see Okayama Castle, Korakuen and Yumeji museum.

Never again

Stayed here one night. All carpets are dirty, dust everywhere...no english speaking staff...( but normally its not a problem for me,in Japan only a few people speaks english)the biggest problem was that even it was November, in my room it was like 30 C, AC doesnt work- receptionist told( kind of) that “no cold, only hot..” then she opened a window to let some fresh air in but outside is a busy street, so sleeping with open windows is not possible...do not recomend this place.. especially in summer

Awesome shampoo bar in lobby! Includes fancy liquid soaps and facial wash too.
Only problem was that on check-in I found that some empty drink cans used by a previous guest had not been thrown away.

Shower was interesting as inside could be viewed from the bed. Not ideal for friends Sharing. Room was great for 1 night
