The staff were very kind and accommodating. Location is great and close enough to walk to Dotonbori easily. The breakfast was also good. However… if you’re sensitive to smells, I would recommend staying on a lower floor, or not staying at all. Our room and the hallways of every floor from the 5th floor upwards had a very strong smell. It was quite unpleasant and often made us nauseous. We had the window open constantly to try to alleviate the smell but it didn’t work… otherwise it was fine, but I wouldn’t stay here again…

Conveniently located near the Dotonbori , restaurants , shops , in an area that is quiet,easily accessible , 100% highly recommended .

I did not participate in the breakfast, but tickets for it were provided. The location is very convenient and quiet. I would recommend this place for a short stay.

This hotel has an incredibly convenient location — you can easily walk to almost anywhere, and it’s right next to Namba Subway Station. The staff, especially the lady at the front desk, were extremely helpful and attentive. The breakfast was quite good, and the room was spotless. I also really appreciated the bathtub — after a long day of travel, it was wonderful to enjoy a relaxing soak. The price was very reasonable as well. Overall, this hotel left a great impression on me, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Osaka.
