Breakfast is so special of mostly Japanese style.
Staff is professional.

Near the station, you can see the bullet train from your room

It's just a short walk east from the east exit of Shin-Osaka Station, and quiet for a station, probably because it's right in front of the park at the east end of the hotel district. To go east from Shin-Osaka Station, you need to move around the premises and use the east exit, as it is obstructed by railway tracks. Via Inn is close to the station and amenities include make-up removal, emulsion and body towels that are nice for women, so travel luggage is compact and convenient. You can see the bullet train from the north-facing room on the top floor. Of course, all of them stop at Shin-Osaka station and are slow, so I don't care so much about the sound. Using the app was convenient for auto check-in and out.
But what I always worry about is the weak water pressure in the shower. I have trouble washing off shampoo.

We like the fact that it’s a walking distance to the Shin-Ōsaka station. The room size was ok for 2 people. They provided for amenities which is also good. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The mattress was pretty bad. You can feel the spring on the mattress. Air quality in the room was pretty bad. Bath tub’s wall was dusty.
Very convenient location to Shin Osaka station.
