Very thoughtful service

My wife dropped a coat in the room as leaving. The staffs informed me soon, and send it to the hotel we stayed later by express-delivery for 300 km distance. We got the coat again on time just before leaving Japan. Thanks them.
We arrive Taiwan now, and want to say something to them: we begin to miss so a good country- Japan, so a nice place- 三国港, so a wonder hotel- はれや旅館, and very very miss your thoughtful services. Thank you very much.

スタッフの温かさを感じる宿

23年7月に妻と小1の娘、年中の息子の家族4人で宿泊しました。
越前松島水族館の来訪が目的。
この宿を選んだきっかけは、水族館から近い立地であることと、周辺のホテル、旅館よりもややお値段がお手頃だったこと。
結論、満足いく宿泊でした。
当日の予約状況を鑑み、女将さんに部屋をアップグレードしていただき、風呂を貸切にしていただくなどサービスしていただきました。
外観に比べ館内はリニューアルされた感じで清潔感もありました。
部屋は新しい調度品、大きなテレビやきれいな一人掛けのソファーが２脚あり、ソファーからは海の景色が楽しめます。
お風呂も海が見える露天風呂でゆっくりできました。
夕食は和風懐石。ゆっくりと食事ができましたし、子供が手を付けなかった食事はラップをいただき、持帰らせてもらいました。
量はやや多め。
夏場でしたが、ズワイガニが１人に半身つきました。身もしっかり詰まっていて満足です。
朝食は和食、品数豊富で量はちょうどよい。釜焚きのご飯を出してくれるので熱々でいただけました。
特筆すべきはスタッフの皆さんの優しさ。子どもが急に熱を出しましたが、風邪薬をいただいたり、おでこシートをいただくなど
献身的な対応をしていただき、無事に翌日熱が下がり水族館に行けました。ご主人、板長、女将さん、中居さんに感謝しかありません。
入口にカニの水槽があるので水族館好きの子供なら飽きないかも。
Yahooではれや旅館と検索すると口コミについてネガティブな検索結果が出てきましたが、私はそんなことは思いませんでした。
私たち以外に宿泊客が居なかったですが、民宿のようにスタッフと宿泊客の距離が近く、温かい気持ちになれました。
また機会があればお世話になりたいと思います。

団体

団体でいきましたが、温泉が素晴らしかった。海がすぐそばにあり、料理や広間、車も貸していただいた。良き旅館だった。

海水浴シーズンに再訪したい！

目の前が海、そして海水浴場というロケーション。
５歳の娘を含む家族で行きましたが、ベランダにある露天風呂に娘が大興奮。
まだ肌寒く海水浴には早かったのですが、露天風呂で楽しめたようです。
また食事が秀逸でした！
夫婦ともに４０を超え、脂が強めのものは翌日胃もたれするのですが、
新鮮な魚介に量、味も濃すぎず本当に全てがちょうど良かったです。
娘には子供用の食事（オムライスなど）を出していただきましたが、和食好きの娘には
大人と同内容で半量でも良かったかと。お客様が自分の子供の嗜好に合わせて選べるとより良いですよね。
朝ごはんも、かれいの一夜星とこんかでごはんもお代わりを。
旅館の朝ごはんとしてはかなり水準高いと思います。
お風呂も気持ちよくいただきました。CP抜群です！
