The whole family is very happy.

Recommended for families. The whole family is very satisfied with the variety of fun services available, such as the observation public bath, all-you-can-drink buffet, colored yukata, drinks corner, and games corner. The view from the room is perfect.

Amazing hotel with an beautiful view in every room. Onsen is very good and clean. Need a car to go there from Tonosho port. They have an amazing pool during summer time.

Excellent customer service. When we left the hotel, I forgot where my car was parked and thought that it had been stolen. Front desk staff immediately helped me out to locate where it was. Very helpful and attentive.
Buffet style of breakfast and dinner are delicious. Great variety of food and drinks. Sushi is very fresh and delicious.

Lovely onsen resort with friendly staff

Hotel is a lovely onsen resort with comprehensive facilities that are well maintained but are a bit out-dated. Rooms are clean and thoughtfully prepared but lack modern touches (i.e. no light switches by the bed) that you come to expect in hotels. Staff are extremely friendly and professional, but little English is spoken. Coin-op laundry is available on site. Buffet dinner and breakfast is good with a great showcase of local cuisine. Great gift shop that features lots of local specialities.
