Places for pure rest

Located in a quiet town, there is no bustling neighborhood nearby, it is perfectly a place for pure rest. The hotel facilities are a little old, but well-maintained and overall clean.

It's a little inconvenient.

I decided to stay in this hotel because my business is close. I'm old, but my room is small and neat. I decided to stay in this hotel because my business was close, but there was no restaurant nearby for dinner, so it was raining overnight, so I had to take a return taxi to Kiitanabe Station. Also, lunch was by appointment only until the day before, so there were no convenience stores nearby.

Large room with a great view of sea, clean and cozy.
I was arriving late which passed the check-in hours due to flight delay. My sim card cannot make phone calls in Japan and I was afraid of not being able to check in. Fortunately, the front-desk gentleman was waited for us until midnight and helped us check in. And he guided us to find the vending machine to find the food even not speaking English. It’s a very positive experience to live here.

Always good!

This was my 4th stay in this hotel - I stayed here for a week on this occasion. The staff are always very friendly and greet you with a smile and the ever refreshing standard Japanese hospitality. I was here with a local company that I work with and am fortunate that they can translate as the staff are not familiar with English speaking guests as it is normally booked by native folks. The rooms are spacious for a Japanese hotel and are always spotless and clean, the rooms are made up and cleaned every day and thoroughly. My normal room 208 is facing the ocean so the view although relatively industrial is of the water with a view towards Shirahama. I am a filthy smoker so the option of a smoking room is a plus as it is in most hotels still in Japan. Working the TV remote and aircon there is a bit of guess work involved unless you can read Japanese, I cant speak highly enough of this place and always enjoy staying here a couple of times a year when I am in town
