Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room. Good A/C, but there was mold visible in the vents. Hallways had a mildew smell.

Hotel staff with bad attitude

When ask what is the name of the Kobe beef restaurant across the road, hotel staff said they cannot provide. Not even bother to google for you. There are a few other incidences too. One of us kept sneezing in the room as the room is dusty. No amenities nearby. Need to walk 20mins or take train to Ginza & fish market. Not convenient

Great place to stay, convenient and next to the trains, nice neighborhood. Only downside are the room size.

We had a no smoking room, but the room smelled alot of smoke. Other than that the room was clean. Hotel only got 1 elevator so you may sometimes have to was a while for a elevator. The staff was nice and the reception spoke english.

Location is a little hard to find in the beginning as theres a few APA hotels in the area. Otherwise its a small hotel but will do the job just fine. Room is a typical standard Japan size hotel. Clean and comfy linens. It does the job, love it.
