Internet was a little slow, but breakfast was amazing that I would come back for just the breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms were very clean, but limited on space. There was also no laundry, but thankfully there was a laundromat close by next to 7-eleven

Convenient and affordable

I stayed for one night from Wednesday in January.
The room was large, air-conditioned and very comfortable with moderate temperature control.
It was easy to use because the toilet and bath washroom were separated.
However, the bath was a bit difficult to use because it was a unit bath.
Best of all, I wish the water pressure was a little stronger.
There seems to be a lot of training here and the facilities are well-equipped in that sense.
Breakfast was also served, and there were many buffet items, probably because of its function as a training institute.
The place is very quiet at night because of clear sea.
To reach this hotel, take the Toei Bus 05-1 from bus stop 7 at the Marunouchi South exit of Tokyo Station.
You can tell as soon as you get to Harumi 3-chome.
On the way, it is a bus that passes famous places such as Ginza and Tsukiji, so you can get off at various stops on the way.
Enjoy.
The price is reasonable, so I'll use it if I get the chance to stay in Tokyo.
If possible, I want the TV to have an off timer.

The station is far away, but you can also go to Tokyo station by bus, which is very cost-effective

It was used for the previous night at Tokyo Big Sight. There was no other cheap hotel with good access, so I chose this hotel which is accessible by bus and affordable. Unlike business hotels, the rooms were large and the breakfasts were luxurious. I thought it would be good to have a sense of luxury once in a while. Not only convenience stores but also supermarkets are nearby. What's more, it's relatively inexpensive and cost-effective. There is also an apartment building nearby that is believed to have been the Tokyo Olympic Village.
