We were so impressed by the warm welcome and exceptional service we received from your staff. Your team is clearly well-trained and passionate about hospitality. (Nang and Rose who take care of us) We'll be sure to come back and recommend your hotel.
And we especially enjoyed the lounge on 3rd floors, breakfast, dinner and room during our stay.

The hotel has a wonderful vibe. The location is great, the service is lovely, and the dinner was yummy. The extra little gift was a really nice surprise that made the stay memorable.
I really liked the free drinks and snacks on the 3rd floor - it was a super chill spot.
I'll be telling my friends about this place, and I can't wait to come back with my family. I'm super appreciative of the fantastic experience.

Very convenient, just few min walk from station, convenient shop is at the opposite side. Although it's a small hotel, the room is spacious and well equipped. They not only have their own personal onsen but also provide free voucher for outside onsens. The service is excellent. All staffs are so polite and can communicate in English. The greatest is the midnight bar which serves with free wines /drinks and snacks till 2am

First onsen experience, it has good memories for us.
To local be local, joyful and enjoy the environment of Japanese onsen as well as the food.
