a paradise if...

Booked a suite with a sea view for a special occasion, suite with a view, private pool, and romantic dinner:
perfect staff, beautiful suite, the only downside is the lack of some maintenance, like the walkway leading to the accommodation being a bit run-down, the shower drain clogged, the common areas very neglected, perhaps due to the low season and therefore "work in progress," Wi-Fi not available in the room.
Romantic dinner all okay, I would have liked a tablecloth.... a little more attention to detail.
I premise that these would all be negligible things if it were not a Luxury lodge and therefore if I spend, I expect...

Let me start off by saying the good it was a beautiful escape. If you want to seclude and disconnect yourself from the world this is the place to stay. The private beach was one of the most beautiful scenery to hang out at. Everything was a 10! The cabbin was expectacular a few bugs but that's the natural part of it. Our cherry on top were the howler monkeys that were right outside our room just watching us it was like 10 of them and that made our stay even more amazing !!!
The bad ... it really wasn't much bad other then we were the only guest there which it really wasn'ta bad thing a bit scarry it's very dark at night.
The restaurant was not the best. I hate to write this review but the workers in the restaurant didn't seem friendly or in the mood to be there. If they would of been a bit more friendly my stay would of been a 10!!! Definitely will be returning to this amazing gem. So my total rating 9.5 out of 10.. thankyou for a amazing stay.

I loved how peaceful and beautiful this hotel is, needs some structural improvements but other than that I loved the views and we found what we were looking for to disconnect.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is amazing, but the communication with the hotel staff was very poorly managed. At check in they didn’t informed us about anything (including amenities, breakfast, etc) and said the only communication tool was through WhatsApp but they didn’t replied in the first 12 hours, and then because we didn’t replied rapidly they didn’t clean our room the next day. Thad was disappointing for an expensive hotel like this.

Tranquil retreat

Beautiful grounds, private beach, very safe property. The on site restaurant was delicious with very nice service. We also got to see baby turtles hatch on the beach and woke up to monkeys in the trees. All around a very peaceful stay. Highly recommend. A short drive to other more populated beaches and restaurants
