Awesomeness
We stayed here for the first time at the recommendation of Zane Dykstra we didn’t realise how close it was to the gymnastics venue. And the ammenities surrounding it. It was an absolutely excellent place clean comfy and very tidy we will stay here every time we go to Wellington. Thanks top ten Wellington our stay was relaxing

A really nice location
Very clean. Reception and staff are brilliant. Games room was fantastic. Spa pool was so good to go in and relax

Excellent stop for campervans
Wonderful experience staying here in our motorhome (especially having stayed in some other rather more grotty campgrounds on this trip).
From the warm and knowledgeable welcome at the very pleasant reception facility to the wide campervan plots, clean and plentiful bathroom facilities and clean and easy to access dump station and water refill area (clearly marked with one drinking water hose), we would highly recommend staying here, especially before a ferry to the South Island.
We did go into the city centre from here and tried to use the bus system - unfortunately over the weekend the buses were infrequent so we ended up getting an Uber there and back (easy and quick, just rather expensive). However this is no criticism of the holiday park - I couldn’t expect one to be located closer in to the city centre.
There is actually a great car park in the city centre that allows campervan parking and has large suitable parking spots at very reasonable rates ($3 or so per hour) so if you are on an afternoon ferry you could do as we did and pop in to the city for a look around before your ferry time. We knew about this only because of the very helpful lady at the holiday park reception who kindly highlighted it on a map for us.
We would gladly stay here again.

Seriously Impressed.
Road trip. Stayed at Wellington Top 10 overnight after collecting a retro caravan from Auckland. Ferry booked the next day and back home to the South Island. Arrived after dark, staff directions spot on, layout easy and didn't realize how nice this place was until daylight. That's a 10/10 from us.

What a treat!
Everything was great, team, park, space, cleanliness, amenities, activities available. We travel a lot for our business and really do get to see some interesting spaces....this one however is interesting for all the right reasons. Don't hesitate - heading to Wellington - head here... it is easy to get to the CBD but so much to do on the doorstep.
