Relaxing experience

We stayed here for one night with friends and had such a great time! The place is peaceful and full of charm, with beautiful plants and a lovely view toward the sea. We made our own tea at the tea bar, then went on a boat cruise to the beach clean and cozy space — it was such a relaxing and memorable stay.

A calming experience in a beautiful setting!

It was our first yoga session that we'd booked through recommendation. I opted for the private session as it was more convenient for us time-wise.
The location is spectacular, just across from the beach! And the place has been renovated beautifully, which is minimalist yet very homely.
The session was not rushed at all, we were given ample time to relax, prepare and have a nice conversation before leading into the yoga.
As it was a first session for us, we were guided carefully and felt revived and relaxed after the session.
I'd highly recommend Salaam Space for yoga. Sadly I was only on holiday otherwise it would now be our regular place for yoga.
They do coincidentally have the place available for rental too if you'd like to stay there, which is brilliant!

Special little place

The perfect solo getaway spot nestled between impressive mountains in the small beach town of Qantab. I stayed in both the beach view and budget rooms and found both very comfortable with aircon and fans. What’s most notable is the care owner Erica offer through gentle and holistic yoga practice on the rooftop, coupled with nice chats and warm people popping by. The space held art therapy for two small school groups and offered a sense of community you can’t get at hotel options. The locally cooked meals are great if you want to stay in, both supper and breakfast are filling and wholesome. All in all the space was very quiet and relaxed, I highly recommend as a place to reset and explore the Omani coastline.
(I recommend renting a car + diving at gulf divers just down the road to enjoy the thriving coral reefs in the area!)

Quick breakaway from town

Lovely peaceful space and surroundings! Small, traditional fisherman village that's tucked away from the city on the other side of the mountain, but a privilege to be on the beach and get a taste of this lifestyle! Lovely swim in the sea with lots of sea life, including turtles!

A home away from home

Great peaceful space by the beach - a perfect environment for some time off and be inspired by the surroundings. The rooms are of a high standard with good attention to detail and exceptionally comfortable beds. The host is welcoming and couldnt do more to make sure the stay was great.
