Fantastic resort and host, highly recommend!

Fantastic stay! Our host Brad kindly upgraded us as one of the bungalows was available, and then organised us a fishing trip which we loved, and booked again for a second day.
Great location on the sea front with a great restaurant next door. BBQ facilities for the fish you can catch in the morning. Overall, couldn’t have been better - thank you!

A great getaway

The location is breathtaking. Landscape well maintained. Facility is well maintained and CLEAN- common areas and rooms. We were given an up grade and it was wonderful. The breakfast included is basic, but the large bowl of fresh fruit is amazing. The hotel, like many in this region, operates with some seasonal adjustments.. Gone Fishing stays open in the low season unlike many of its competitors. The bar may not be open as an example. The booking description is honest, so read it or call the hotel with questions.
There is a single television in the common area so if you want to unplug this is a good opportunity- Though the wifi is great so you can dip into the news or keep up communication as you wish.
The staff is attentive, friendly and warm. The stay was comfortable and we felt safe and well cared for in this edge of the jungle location that enjoys spectacular views of the Chiriqui gulf and many islands nearby.
Boca Chica itself is a pleasant town about 5 minute drive with a couple of good restaurants.

Loved this place!

Great location, wonderful hosts, clean, comfortable accommodations, incredible views and excellent breakfasts. Highly recommend a stay here. Will definitely return soon.

Tuna tuna tuna...and more. eco tour, surfing and just sitting around the pool

I came as a guest and left as a great friend. Brad and Axie we delightful and over the top helpful. They know everyone and can set you up with just about any activity. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Pictures don't do the view justice. You need to see it for yourself!
