Some Highlights, Some Disappointments at this Accommodation

NaturaLodge Machu Picchu has a good view from the room and breakfast area.
However, it is hard to find from the narrow streets of Aguas Calientes. You need help from someone in the city because Google Maps won't. I don't like the stairs up to the lodge; it is too much, especially if you have small luggage and a backpack.
On the contrary, the breakfast is good, and so are the staff who serve it. The view is stunning.
For a fair warning, be mindful when booking your accommodation through a third party like Agoda, as the Receptionist can be difficult to deal with and may charge you a different price.

Great location/view but there is a long stairway to get to the reception.

Very nice stay, with a bit of a climb to get there (about 80 stairs). Sometimes it was difficult to find the receptionist, but when they were there they were very helpful.
There were no outlets or lights at your bedside, limited views or windows, and not the most comfortable/warm blankets. Overall it was a very nice stay, with a great breakfast buffet and a beautiful view from the upstairs roof !

Amazing service, staff was extremely helpful and accommodating even when there was issues with booking. Went above and beyond. Best location to stay and Amazing view!
