For a cheaper hotel I couldn’t ask for anything better. Rooms were clean and comfy. Breakfast was busy and food was sub par. 4 out of 5. I do recommend.

The room was extremely clean, the food at the restaurant is nothing less than amazing... you don't really need to leave for dinner they have a nice menu and the staff is always ready and willing to help. I did have to ask for a heater as we went and the temps were between 45-50 degrees and I'm from south florida so that's a bit cold for us.

Room 203 was above the hotel lobby and faced the street. I could hear loud talking from the lobby. I could hear cars, motorcycles, and trucks driving on the street . I could not sleep. I asked for a different room away from the street and hotel lobby. But, the two women behind the front desk in the lobby didn't speak English and I don't speak Spanish. So, it was very difficult to get a different room.

Horrible, we'll never come back

Of the worst experiences. Everything was horrible, we went to the restaurant for a work meeting between colleagues with reserved dishes. All the food was too salty, they gave us expired sodas and when we asked for the change they did it very reluctantly. The attention was terrible. We'll never go back to this place, we had to pay for everything even though nobody ate almost anything

It's quite a strange hotel, a mix of luxury and tired. We stayed here for one night to be close to Cusco Airport before an early morning flight.
When we arrived the staff did not seem to be in a good mood, sighing heavily that we couldn't speak Spanish fluently and not even attempting to slow down or make sure we understood. I was too tired to point out to her that in this line of work she will likely come across many people who are not fluent in Spanish..I .
I must say that the same lady on reception was considerably nicer in the morning.
The room itself is very spacious and has a bathtub next to the bed which is a bit odd but works fine. Cleanliness standards are not super high, and the mattress is quite heavily stained. There is no heater in the room and it does get a bit cold at night.
All in all, would stay here again if you need to be close to the airport but otherwise pick somewhere else for a more relaxing stay.
