My Honest Review for Quechua Plaza Hotel in Cusco

My stay at the hotel did not start well. I wrote a message to the hotel via Agoda.com regarding their airport transfer. We have a confirmed agreement that I will have an airport transfer from Cusco Airport to the hotel. UNFORTUNATELY, I was fooled by their contact taxi service. I waited for 70 minutes at the airport 9:50 - 11:00 PM) for nothing, so I ended up ordering my Uber to the hotel.
I don't have problems with their staff; they are nice and friendly, but they need more hospitality, like real service-industry providers. The room was plain and simple as I expected, but I got distracted because the noise from the hallway was easily heard from the room. The breakfast was commendable.
The standout for Quechua Plaza Hotel is its location, as it is just a 5-10-minute walk to the main plaza of Cusco, which I love!

Friendliest Staff

The hotel’s staff was the highlight of our trip. We stayed at the location by San Pedro Market. I can’t say enough about how wonderful everyone was. Especially Thank you to Anthony and Freddie.
The buffet breakfast was so delicious. We had so much to choose from the buffet. Very unexpected given the price per night.

Great cost/benefit

Very well located hotel, close to the Plaza de Armas.
Nice and clean accommodation.
Staff very friendly and helpful, especially the supervisor Peter.

Lovely hotel, especially for the rate paid. Excellent location and clean, spacious suite. Everything you need is within walking distance and at night, the hotel and surrounding area was quiet. Comfortable bed and hot water in the shower/bath. I would definitely stay again!
