Great service in a great location and amazong staf

The hotel has an amazing restaurant with delicious food and a great athmosphere with a fireplace, amazing views over the lake titicaca. All the staff was very nice and kind, specially Santiago who attended us in the restaurant. The rooms were spacious, and had dedicated heaters. Overall it was a very nice experience, ina a very charmy place with honestly nice and kind people.

Best place to stay in Puno

Rooms very clean, well appointed, all the fixtures work as expected. (That's not true everywhere!) There are plenty of staff here to help with anything you need, advice, rides, even passport control issues.
The restaurant is fabulous! I had a lamb shank last night served with potatoes, quinoa, and gravy. Better than most!
The grounds are well cared for. It's outside the main hub of the city, so quiet. But totally in walking distance.
Last comment that is exemplary of this hotel: I was dragging my suitcase to head to front desk, a man who was working on something else saw me, stopped what he was doing, and grabbed my luggage and carried it to the front desk. So helpful!

Staff was very helpful and made our stay as pleasant as possible when we tried to plan our stay in and around Puno. We’d highly recommend this hotel.
