Buena experiencia ya atención

La atención muy buena, el personal siempre dispuesto a ayudar, la vista y la tranquilidad hace una estadía excelente, el desayuno te lo sirven con la vista hacia el mar. Sin duda volvería a quedarme en este hotel.

They kept our money...!!!

We booked to go with family and friends to spend new year in December 2024, however due to weather and wave problems we could not, we requested the return of our money, which at first they said they could not return us and committed to do so in January, then February and finally in March, to date we have not had a response despite the attempts to communicate. To date we continue to demand the refund of our payment ...

Mas o menitos...

El hotel es bastante más fotogénico de lo que en realidad es. Es un hotel BASTANTE sencillo, con poco personal. No esperen que el restaurante esté abierto o que tengan coca cola zero. Sin embargo, está ubicado cerca a otro hotel con un buen restaurante (Blue algo...) y a una bodega que tiene de todo (a unos 500 metros saliendo hacia mano izquierda). Traigan repelente o se los van a comer vivos. También hay que estar pidiendo papel higiénico. Las almohadas incómodas, las camas normal. La ducha bien y la tele smart, es decir, una serie de contradicciones. En mi cuarto no había ni una cajonera ni un armario ni un gancho, nada. El hotel está a medio construir y con refacciones, así que no esperen mucha tranquilidad. La pareja que atiende se esfuerza pero no llegan a suplir las necesidades de los pasajeros.
