Excellent neat and clean hotel with great helpful staff. Very close to the Aguas Calientes train station (5 mins walk). Wonderful breakfast.
The staff came to the station to help with the luggage and brought to the rooms. We got the adjacent rooms. I needed a pedestal fan and they found me one. Very comfortable beds. Only thing was that there were no cabinets to store clothing but many wall hangers were provided. So no issue. We had an excellent one night stay.

Clean and tidy and just ok for a one night stay - the windows did not close fully and as such you have the locals shouting and dogs barking all night without any noise filter - got zero sleep.

The staff was so lovely, the space was clean and the bed & pillows were comfortable. The room is no frills, if you are just looking for a place to sleep. Which I was. However, the window in my room faced inside the building, and the curtains were somewhat sheer and made my room light all night, with the hotel coomon area lights on. Also, the walls are paper thin so every single person outside sounded like they were in my room. Lastly, at 4am I was awoken by some sort construction noises and loud banging from the staff getting ready to prepare breakfast, i am assuming. I was up constantly throughout the night. So, its a great price for no frills, but bring an eye mask and earplugs.

Beautiful bedroom and bathroom, new building, near everything. Wonderful staff. The breakfast in the terrace was great. Everything was delicious

Staff was very friendly and helpful and even prepared us a to go bagged breakfast since we had an early checkout. Hotel is conveniently located near numerous shops and restaurants. It is an easy 10 minute (or less) walk from the bus station.
On the downside, you can hear the noise from the nearby shops and despite only being 10 minutes from the bus station you walk past several other hotels when walking to Qoya Classic from the train and bus stations. The room itself was in need of some repairs (tiles missing from bathroom walls and a thin board duct taped above the entrance door)
