Amazing stay

All Staff members were kind and ready to respond to every request. The room was clean and very calm. No noise at all.

I slept so well! The bed was super comfortable, and the room was clean, quiet, and cozy. The bathroom felt fresh and newly renovated. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location was very central, with the tram station conveniently close by. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely come back!

Decent enough well located

Very well located hotel but lots of little steps up and down within the hotel.
For a decent sized hotel the communal facilities like the bar and lounges and quite small.
Rooms felt a little cold poßibly as a lot of ye flora are hardwood or tiled.
Food is mostly breakfast which was ok. Nothing special.

Four stars in name only

I wouldn't know where to start. Room with ancient closets, 1950s asylum-style bathroom, only one half-roll of toilet paper, one day the room was not made up and the other days it was very approximate, intermittent Wi-Fi, unstable air conditioning, spent 300 euros for two nights for a non-existent four-star hotel. Only the breakfast was above average.

Very thick dust in room

In the old part of the hotel room bunch wasn’t a problem but the room was absolutely thick with dust, skirting boards and top of bed looked like they had not been dusted in months. We reported to Reception and they gave it a quick clean while we were out but still lots of visible cobwebs and thick dust on top of picture frame above bed. Apart from that nice room. We were asked when we wanted housekeeping and as only there 3 days we said day 2 for fresh towels, more loo roll etc, never transpired. You could tell the carpet on the landing to our rom had not been hoovered for some time as well. Reception staff friendly and nice bar area but this closed at 10.20pm on a Saturday night despite saying it was open until 11pm. Very nice breakfast, lots of choice and great location for City Centre but wouldn’t stay again due to cleanliness.
