Great place!

Very clean and cozy cottage. Well equipped and functional. Beautiful yard and quiet place. All Ruka's services nearby. The staff are friendly and flexible. We have stayed here several times and will definitely come again.

A wonderful holiday in winter landscapes

Clean cottages even for bigger Poruka. Comprehensive dishes for cooking and serving. Bed linen and final cleaning are available for an additional fee. Walking to Rukankylä, to the ski slope, to the shop, to the skiing slope. During the winter season, the Skibus stop is nearby. Soft baths in the sauna.

Nice place, good cottage

Good location, quiet place and nice cottage, clean and good facilities. Kitchen is well equipped.
You can find reindeer near the cottage.
It is a good stay to visit Oulanka National Park and ski zone.

Would come here again!

Very nice place: helpful, warmly welcoming and flexible staff, the cottage we stayed in (2 nights) was perfectly neat & tidy and with good instructions for electronic devices etc. The kitchen was well equipped. And as a nice bonus the local reindeers were constantly hanging just outside the windows ☺ Would definitely come here again!

Reindeer and the midnight sun

Loved this place. Our family of four rented a two-story cottage at a very reasonable price. The cottage was roomy and well appointed. Like all Finnish rentals, it had a super sauna. Restaurants are within walking distance at the ski hill and the walk is lovely, with reindeer to photograph around every corner. The region is delightful in summer, despite its main purpose as a ski resort. It's clean, scenic, and remote. I would happily return.
