Overall disappointing
Dated decor
Reception staff helpful
Breakfast was not good due to having no plates or forks food reasonable.
Had to wait for a member of staff to arrive to ask for missing items.
Plates were chipped and after hearing how the dishwasher was being loaded I could understand why.
Coffee was tasteless
Also the floor was very sticky.

Nice stay of 1 night
The room was nice and the airconditioning worked fine.
Breakfast was good. You can take it inside or on the patio.
There was a beer festival in front of the hotel which created a nice atmosphere, a bit noisy but not a problem for us.
Chalon is a small town but nice for an afternoon/evening.

Very good.
They have been accepting vacation checks since June, so it's convenient.
We asked if it was possible to have a room facing the square because we initially had a room overlooking an abandoned roof, which was not great, and the receptionist, who was very kind, did everything to accommodate our request.
The breakfast was nice, just the cheese lacked flavor. We recommend it.
