Very polite welcoming staff. Reception staff exceptional and knowledgeble of how to get to places. Well places hotel for conec

Our room was small but clean. What made the holiday was the staff being so friendly. The breakfast was ok for being a continental breakfast. Nice clean area for smoking and drinking coffee or wine. Position of the hotel fab and very near to the metro. Lots to do in the area we ate at Casa Mario one night 6 to 8 min walk family run business.

Great base for sightseeing in Paris

We stayed four nights with our teenage girls, room was compact but more than adequate, lovely and clean and comfortable beds.
Great little location, very close to the metro and has nice bars, restaurants and bakeries nearby.
Extremely good value and would definitely recommend to others.
You can easily travel around Paris sightseeing from this location.
It is right at the end of the metro line which means you can always get a seat
We went during the heatwave and the aircon in the room was a blessing

The hotel was clean and pleasant, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the soundproofing could be improved, as noise from neighboring rooms and the street outside was quite noticeable. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service, but the noise level was a downside.

This was a good basic hotel for a short stay. The location was very convenient for metro access, and the front desk staff were friendly and polite. The room was compact, as expected in Paris, though luggage storage was a challenge even with only three of us in a room that technically sleeps four. The bathroom setup was also quite tight, especially the separate toilet room, but the shower worked very well. The elevator was very small, which is worth noting for anyone traveling with larger bags. Overall, it was a convenient, no-frills hotel that worked well as a place to sleep while exploring Paris and being close to family in the area.

Very clean property with excellent housekeeping, as room service was offered every day. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay.
The only downside was that the suite did not include an oven, fridge, or iron. Adding these amenities would greatly improve the guest experience and make the stay even more comfortable.
