Unique welcome from Alexandra at the head of an establishment ideal for a large family reunion, and she takes great care to ensure the stay is a success... each couple has their own bedroom and bathroom, and that is very much appreciated! A very comfortable large living room, tasteful decor, and the kitchen is perfectly equipped; a large table allowed us to share our meals with 25 people!
An ideal address to remember!

Family reunion of 32

Family weekend at Alexandra's lodge that will leave a great memory for everyone, young and old (22 adults and 10 children). Most of the rooms have a private bathroom, the living room is very comfortable, nothing is missing in the very well-equipped dining room, and what can I say about the huge kitchen where nothing is missing. Room for everyone. In the village, there is a grocery store that sells (good) bread, fresh products, and prepared meals. For one meal, we called on the restaurant "le val de Gartempe," which I recommend. To keep the children occupied, we went to Lathus St Remy (la voulzie), a 20-minute drive from La Trimouille, to swim in the Gartempe.

Brilliant stay at Le logis, highly welcoming and overall great experience

Our experience with Alexander at Le logis was amazing. She was closed and we knocked on the door and she was happy to accommodate us. We had great conversation, breakfast and she even made us pack lunch to take for the rest of our travel. It felt as if we were staying with a family friend that we had known forever. The hotel is lovely, the rooms are very spacious (almost a small apartment) and they are also very clean with comfy beds and a big shower.
I couldn’t recommend the host and hotel enough.

Great stay

We had a lovely one night stay here. The acclimation is central and within walking distance of everything in the town. Alex was really friendly and accommodating taking time to speak with us. We had a family room on the road side of the building which was quiet. We all slept well in comfortable beds. Breakfast was great-we had everything we wanted and more! I’d certainly recommend this place.

Idéal pour un grand groupe et plein de charme !

Un superbe endroit plein de charme, très confortable et idéal pour un groupe de 30 personnes comme le nôtre ! Des lits pour tout le monde et tout le matériel nécessaire (et même plus) pour cuisiner si besoin. Salon, salle à manger, patio... tout est très agréable à vivre (et en été, le soir, avec les guirlandes lumineuses, un enchantement !) !
Sans compter une hôtesse absolument adorable et à l'écoute, encore merci Alexandra !!
