Beautiful stay at elegant hotel

Stayed at this beautiful hotel to visit the rich prehistoric sites nearby. Hotel is filled with French charm, boasts beautiful lush garden grounds, a pool, bar, and an amazing restaurant (elegant dinner with wine, full breakfast buffet). Our room was super-clean and furnished with beautiful linens and all of the mod-cons. The staff is professional, courteous, bilingual (THANK YOU!) and v welcoming. Special shout-out to Sylvian, a gentleman on staff who helped us fulfill special requests. Sylvian, merci! Vous êtes un prince.

A particularly pretentious and disdainful boss. A series of unresolved failures

We had a very bad experience at this hotel. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a pretentious and pompous person who made us feel uncomfortable. But above all, we suffered the disdain of the boss and his wife following 3 problems we encountered during our 2-day stay: broken air conditioning, a restaurant reservation that was not recorded, and finally, no hot water on the 2nd morning. For each of these incidents, the owners disputed our claims and, most importantly, did nothing to resolve them. We had never been confronted with such contempt and arrogance from hotel managers.

A magical moment in this restaurant where the chef is very inventive and the dishes are delicious and bluffing originality! I had a magical time for my birthday

Perfect.

We stayed one night in this hotel which ticks all the boxes of a high quality establishment.
Everything was absolutely perfect. One faultless in all areas. Bravo and look forward to returning during a new stay in the area.

A beautiful hotel, a special experience.

We only stayed two nights to see caves, but our visit was memorable. Our room was lovely, spacious and well-appointed with many special touches. The concierge staff was wonderful, accommodating and gracious. Bistro chez Chole was fabulous too; we had breakfast and dinner there all during our stay. Upon arrival for dinner our first night we enjoyed an aperitif in the little sitting room off the lobby. It was a perfect welcome to this beautiful spot! If we ever come back to the area, we would definitely book here again. A very special place.
