Does the job

Receptionists were nice. Room had a good view. I was traveling alone and booked last minute, so I did not care much for the quality of whatever I was given. Not totally nice a room, but but I was happy nonetheless. I might use it again, as the location is phenomenonal. Maybe even as a couple rather than as solo.

It was horrible, very dirty, It was full of dust and mites. I had a terrible allergic reaction. There were no towels, everything was disgusting. Everything is broken and rusty.

Avoid at all costs

Very bad experience with the staff. Unfortunately, I had made a date error on my Agoda reservation and I immediately called the hotel to ask if it was possible to move the night of August 20-21 to August 22-23. The call barely lasted two minutes: I was simply told that it was "too late," that the room had been given away, and that no solution was possible.
What shocked me most was the attitude of the gentleman on the phone. He was very haughty, spoke to me in a cold manner, and clearly looked down on me while I was calmly explaining the situation. He absolutely did not try to find a solution or even understand our situation, even though we were arriving in Marseille around 11:30 PM and really needed accommodation.
I can understand that a booking error is subject to conditions, but a minimum of listening, respect, and understanding would have been appreciated. Very disappointed with the way we were treated.

This hotel is awful, disgusting, filthy, the service is terrible, they never answer the phone. I absolutely do not recommend it; you'll be throwing your money away.

The worst accommodation I've ever had

1. the only one shared toilet is outside our room, shared with 2 other rooms, at least shared with 3 people/3 couples
2. the living and toilet are too small. Difficult to open our luggages
3. the entrance of the hotel has NO lock that everyone could come in it and that means very low level of security
4. our room door isn't automatically locked. Every time we had to use a key to open and close it. It's annoying and low tech.
5. the shower tube in our room is so packed!
6. there is no lift but it has a few floors. For us, we had to climb up to the 2nd floor.
7. the hotel is in a hidden corner of a smelly street with extremely strong pee smell when we walked in or out.
8. I got several flea bites on my face and legs! How unhygienic it is.
9. Wifi connection is very inconvenient because every access I had to sign in with my personal details and also read through the online advertisement.
the only one good thing is the Nigerian staff at the reception who is really friendly, nice and welcome to any visitors.
