Discovery thanks to smarbox

We discovered this hotel thanks to a smartbox on our arrival the staff and listening and welcoming it offers different service Como a microwave available at the entrance of the hotel . in order to warm your meals the hotel and 25/30 mins walk from the city center of mende there is also a bus that takes you to mende my attention to schedule because there are not many outside of weekends and holidays . and you have near many shops like Super U bakery picard ext the rooms are clean and well equipped breakfast and very good for 8€ c a small buffet with local products Como honey or jam short conclusion hotel very well herself at the top even I think that could offer a restaurant service

Clean and good value for money, but cold welcome

PLUS:
✓ Cleanliness impeccable
✓ Spacious shower, really comfortable - a real highlight!
✓ Canal+ available (finally a hotel that keeps its promises on TV!)
✓ Good value for money
THE LEAST:
✗ Icy Welcoming: The woman at the reception makes the head, no smile or friendliness
✗ Tiny nightstand: Barely enough to put down a phone
✗ No garbage can in the room: How is this possible in 2025? It's still a basic equipment...
✗ Microscopic parking: Arrive early if you want a place, otherwise galley assured
✗ No elevator: Whether you have heavy luggage or mobility problems
CONCLUSION:
A clean and functional hotel that does the job for the price. The large shower is really nice. However, basic details are missing (trash can, nightstand worthy of the name) and above all, the Welcoming could be much warmer. Correct for one step, no more.
Would you recommend this hotel? Yes, for one night if the price is interesting.

To avoid

Hygiene of the room leaves much to be desired. Hair on the sheets, shower curtain filled with mold and so on.
Peace of mind, the walls are much thinner than cigarette paper, so you can hear everything and the doors slamming..
Avoid if you can!
