It's a pity we couldn't use the swimming pool after 20h. In such a period (heat wave) and in summer... it is not a real advantage to propose a pool without possibility to use it a little bit later in the evening.

This hotel is very clean and quiet.
It is located in an industrial area
It deserves a little improvement.
There's no bar. We have to take the drinks ourselves to our table. There's no service.
The restaurant does not operate on public holidays. It's closed.
There are no local restaurants, so you have to take your car.
In the room there is no heating, only air conditioning.
There is no towel rail in the bathroom, or even heating.
The outdoor parking is not closed.
There is the advantage of parking the car in a closed parking lot, secured in the basement.

The room was for sleeping ok. Had booked double room. Towels only for one person in the room. We also booked the because it had a restaurant. It was closed
If you don’t speak French you’re kind of lost and in the reception mostly there was nobody.
Asked for help with the safe in the room They promised to come in a few minutes. Nobody ever came. Breakfast was poor and some of the plates and cutlery had food rests on them. The rest of the room which was not used for breakfast had chairs on the table and the whole room looked unfriendly.
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. This hotel does live up to the promised four star standard.

Small pool but no overcrowded,
