Great place to stay, no windows allowed to open, dry air inside rooms.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, they don't let you open the window. The ventilator runs all night making noise. We mentioned this, along with the fridge being very noisy and keeping waking us up during the night.
There's a dishwasher and little kitchenette area with two hobs and a fridge with a freezer compartment. All great.
They don't give you extra towels. But they give you towels for the pool if you ask.
The sauna is infrared, doesn't even get warm in there. It was not working for the first 2 nights of our stay.
I did complain and was told I could cancel reservation or change room. But that would have taken time. I booked something based on the research. On arrival, I found something else. We also had several other people to consider and it wasn't possible to make new arrangements for the two remaining days.
Also, if you book this because you want the pool, remember the pool is accessed by walking outside for across the courtyard in an old people's home. It's a small pool so not good when you have more than 4 people in there. Bring your flip flops and your own bathrobe as these aren't provided. And don't even think about the sauna.
OTherwise, clean room, spacious bathroom and hot water. The bathroom is all plastic in the shower area. There's not much pressure in the rainshower.
While it's ok to access the pool in spring and summer by walking outside, if you're cold and feel the chill, I wouldn't recommend to go out for accessing the pool. Find a pool where you don't leave the building. There is a shared changing room at the pool, if you can be bothered to change there instead.
Great tram access 5 minutes walk away and Pirmil has more bus and tram which is 7 minutes walk away.
No one will tell you, but naolib, tram and bus services are free on weekends! That includes bus 38 to the Airport.

The location is a major plus! Very convenient to the center of town with a quick tram ride, or a pleasant walk. It was a welcome change from a standard hotel, especially having a fully functioning kitchen to prepare meals with fresh finds from the local marché.
A few drawbacks to note: housekeeping is not daily, and extra coffee pods cost 2 EUR each after the initial two. Also, on the 7th floor, guests cannot open the windows themselves; you have to request that staff air out the room while you are out.
