The location is excellent. The studio room was great but be aware we asked for twin beds and apparently not guaranteed.
We were moved to this room after one night as we needed our own beds.
The rooms are not serviced, but you can get clean towels etc.

Neat little apartment with air conditioning and in a great location.
Lots of cafes and Brasseries nearby, within walking distance. Close to the Louvre Museum.
Staff were friendly and polite and the room we stayed in on the 3rd floor was quiet enough with no outside noise.

Overpriced and poorly managed

Unfortunately, I would not recommend to stay at this hotel, despite the good location.
During our last stay, our room had no functioning air conditioning during a heatwave. I specifically asked at check-in whether the room would be properly cooled and was assured that it would be, but this was not the case.
The room itself was tired, poorly finished and clearly in need of refurbishment. It certainly did not reflect the price we paid and felt very poor value for money.
We reported the air conditioning issue and were told someone would come and check it, but nobody ever did. When we returned to reception later that evening because the room had become unbearably hot, the receptionist was dismissive and unprofessional, making an already frustrating situation much worse.
Although the duty manager eventually helped resolve the situation, the poor handling of a known issue and the attitude of the reception staff completely overshadowed our stay.
An unbearably hot room, poor customer service and a room in need of refurbishment are not what we expected, especially at this price point.

I would not stay here again. Although we were given a complimentary room upgrade, it turned out to be a room with no working air conditioning during a heatwave. We specifically checked this at arrival and were incorrectly assured everything was working. Despite reporting the issue, nothing was done. The reception staff, particularly the evening receptionist, were dismissive and unprofessional throughout. A very disappointing experience that completely overshadowed the stay.

The AC didn’t work. When asked to fix they never did; just provided a fan. The breakfast was terrible. No room service. Will not stay here again
