Good but dirty neighborhood

We had booked a room for friends in this newly renovated property, located in the immediate vicinity of Lamarck Metro Station.
Friendly welcome.
The room is tastefully decorated and the bedding is comfortable.
Breakfast is full and served in the main lobby of the hotel.
Unfortunately, the main negative point is the surrounding area. Although the hotel is obviously not responsible for this, many homeless tents are set up in the immediate vicinity and the neighborhood lacks overall cleanliness.
We also advise you to avoid rooms on the lower floors on the street side: in the evening, the terraces opposite the hotel generate a lot of noise, and deliveries start early in the morning.
It’s all the more unfortunate that this hotel really has a lot of potential.

Great value in a clean well located new hotel

Outrageously good value for a hotel convenient to metro, in a cute walkable area and that is practically new. Would stay again, beds are comfortable and they feature black out curtains in the room

A unique decor and newly renovated hotel from march 2026, meaning there was no noise from the street and so on.

Great stay, fresh and clean, very nice location and friendly staff. Small room but it had everything you need for a nice stay.

Lovely hotel

We’ve just had a fantastic week here. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the staff are so attentive and helpful. We had a gorgeous room over looking the street, but it wasn’t noisy at all. The breakfast was fab. A choice of a cooked breakfast or a continental breakfast with meat, cheese, eggs and pastries. Also available was cereal, yoghurt and fruit. Perfect location just near a metro station which was perfect for exploring. We don’t want to leave.
