First and last time

4-star hotel with only the name...
Staff at the reception who ask us for a rest of the on arrival for breakfast that we had not decided not to take..
The hotel is aging and deserves a good young shot!
The bathroom was not nickel and the coffee maker was blocked by a pod of previous customers..
Moreover, it is difficult to take a shower beyond 1 m60.

Disappointed

Very well located within walking distance from most of the sites. However the guest experience is very poor, we had no towels for 2 days when we asked we were told we needed to ask in the morning for towels which we did, but also not sure why you need to ask for towels in a hotel, we asked for a refill of the shower soap, also not done - again basic and simple items one expects in any hotel. I asked for guidance on a walking route also no help offered by the receptionist, how is a hotel on the middle of Paris not able to offer their guests some guidance?? Such a pity as the room size was nice and we were looking forward to our stay. Simple things but ultimately make a huge difference on your guests experience. Not acceptable

Stay away

Terrible experience. Provided with inaccurate information. Room entered by hotel staff without permission while I sleeping and not fully clothed. Hotel decor is awful and dated. Rooms small, cramped with insufficient storage.

Good location.

Central location of the hotel, small and basic lobby, breakfast that I personally enjoyed. To review in my opinion the plans, a bit 'dated, with carpet everywhere and uncomfortable stairs if you have suitcases. Small room, cleanliness to the limit. Appreciated for the location.

Needs renovation!

Stayed here for two nights with the family. Not what I was expecting for an Accord hotel to be honest (I’m an accord member reason why I chose it).
Staff aren’t very friendly or attentive, the rooms while spacious aren’t well maintained and the whole place needs renovation.
More of a 2.5 star hotel if you asked me
