This was my second consecutive stay at Ibis Paris Bercy, and once again, I was thoroughly impressed! The hotel is consistently well-maintained and spotlessly clean, which I truly appreciate. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making each visit a pleasure.
While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are perfectly functional and well-designed. I didn't miss having a fridge, especially given the hotel's unbeatable location. Being practically in Bercy Village means shops and a fantastic selection of restaurants are less than a 2-minute walk away. Plus, the convenience of Metro Line 14 just 4 minutes from the hotel is a huge bonus, especially when arriving from Orly Airport – it's a direct ride with no transfers needed!
I wholeheartedly recommend Ibis Paris Bercy to fellow travelers looking for a comfortable, clean, and perfectly located base for exploring Paris.

Very good!

Very well located between CDG airport and Gare de Lyon, we stayed one night with my daughter.
Room with a beautiful view of Bercy Village and Paris. Very clean, well-equipped, very good bedding, and welcoming staff, the hotel is perfect!

Rude staff, don’t stay here

The hotel is located right in Bercy village which is a very pleasant area. I’d booked this hotel for a concert at Accor Arena and the location was good for this and also near a metro station to get to central Paris easily. It’s a shame though that the hotel staff really let this place down. They were so rude, especially the women behind the bar. It seemed like they absolutely hated their job and helping the guests in any way and it really left a sour taste in our mouths. The customer service here is horrendous and for that reason I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone else. The staff really need training in how to be friendly and helpful because it would have made the experience ten times better. I came for a birthday trip and it was ruined by how rude the staff were to me. I was only asking for hot water for a drink and they treated me like dirt. I’ve never encountered such poor manners from hotel staff in my life. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else. Do better Ibis staff!

Dear LouisaD326
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay with us.
I am pleased to read that you appreciated our location in the heart of Bercy Village, as well as our proximity to the Accor Arena and the metro, which made your visit to Paris more convenient.
However, I am truly sorry to learn that your experience with our team did not meet your expectations. Please accept my sincerest apologies for the impression left by the service you received. The attitude you describe is not representative of the level of hospitality and respect that we strive to offer every guest.
I was particularly concerned to read that your birthday trip was overshadowed by this experience. A simple request should always be met with courtesy and professionalism, and I deeply regret that you felt otherwise.
Please be assured that I have shared your comments with the relevant managers so that this situation can be thoroughly reviewed with the team. We continuously remind our staff of the importance of providing a warm, attentive and welcoming service, and your feedback will be used as part of this process.
While I understand that this experience has affected your opinion of our hotel, I sincerely hope you might consider giving us another opportunity in the future. We would welcome the chance to restore your confidence and provide you with the quality of service you rightfully expected.
Kind regards,
Alix B. - Deputy manager
