We stayed at the end of May when Paris was hotter than the seasonal average. The room was a family room with private bathroom, all very clean. We had a double bed and two singles in a separate area. The room was comfortable and I felt good value. Breakfast was included - basic but again, good value. Staff were helpful and spoke good English. The only problem was that it was unseasonably hot and although there was an air on unit in the room, it wasn’t working. To be fair, I wasn’t really expecting air con and if it hadn’t been over 30 degrees it would have been fine. Overall it was basic and a little tired, but good value and ultimately I felt like we got what we paid for.

Above all, do not book at this hotel. Flee

Dismal room, the bathroom is no better. No television. Breakfast consisted of a piece of baguette and a mini chocolate croissant in a non-air-conditioned room. The only positive point is that I was fortunate to have air conditioning that worked in my room. Which was not the case for foreign tourists.

Nightmare hotel

WARNING, they are absolutely dishonest, a place to avoid like the plague, the photos are all fake created with artificial intelligence, the place is horrible, decaying, old, there is no air conditioning, towel change every 2 days, room arrangement completely absent, the rooms are a hodgepodge of old and dirty floors and doors, not to mention the completely absent amenities, after a day of visiting museums or other, you will be eager to NOT return to the hotel, a nightmare. I won't list all the things that are wrong in this dump, the only good thing is the location, but it is absolutely not worth it, it ruins your vacation. If I could, I would give it 0 stars, highly discouraged.

Horrendous

Absolutely to be avoided: dilapidated structure, dirt, and total lack of respect
**Terrible experience.** I strongly advise against this hotel for anyone seeking a minimally decent stay. The online photos do not reflect reality at all.
Here are the details of a stay to forget:
* **Exterior and reception:** Right from the outside, the hotel looks bad, with paint peeling off the walls. Once inside, the situation worsens. The reception was nothing short of embarrassing: the girl at the front desk, upon seeing us enter, completely ignored us to continue minding her own business and chatting with her colleague, without even acknowledging us with a greeting.
* **The room and access:** To reach the room, one must cross a claustrophobic internal courtyard, barely two meters wide between two houses. The room is dark, poorly lit, and furnished with cheap furniture. There are even no nightstands. Particularly noteworthy for demerit is the fabric bed frame, completely covered in indescribable stains.
The description on booking said there was air conditioning... instead, it was broken, and waiting for us was a fan covered in dust on the blades.
* **Hygiene and cleaning nightmare:** The cleanliness is poor both in the common areas and in the room. The towels provided were dirty, torn, and wrinkled; out of curiosity, I passed one on the floor and it literally turned black. In the bathroom, the silicone around the toilet was literally peeling off.
* **Embarrassing breakfast:** It is absolutely not worth the price paid. The service consists of a tray to be taken completely independently with very low-quality products: a generic jam, a tiny croissant, and a piece of bread. As if that weren't enough, the breakfast table was all sticky.
> **Non-existent value for money and total neglect.** A place like this should not be open to the public in these conditions. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Poor hygiene, no amenities in the lobby (not even drinking water), only one hand towel for two people in a twin room. Did not meet the description or our expectations, more like a budget hostel than it seems.
