Les Patios du Marais offers elegant-style apartments and studios and a floral patio. Located in the heart of Le Marais District, 600 metres from Pompidou Centre and set in a historic building, some have exposed beams and stone walls.

Accommodation was ok, although it did not look anything like the photos.
Also had to clean the sofa before making the bed which was not ideal on the first day.
The flat was small & compact and not ideal for anyone over 5ft really.
The toilet and separate shower rooms very small & tight.
Very basic set up in the kitchen but had everything needed to make a meal if needed.
One big thing missing was any air conditioning, being at the top was very hot and only had 3 small fans.
No natural daylight into the flat as when kitchen window is opening it’s blocked by growing plants.
Window in lounge also did not open well due to sofa being in the way.
Very tight and awkward mezzanine floor to get to the bed on hands and knees
A smalls and very tight steps up to the 2nd bedroom but this could be accessed by another door.
As a base to stay it was ok for a short trip.

The room is ok, it got everything they advertised. The bathroom is small but enough and the top floor was squeaky on the floor.
The TV however wasn’t working and most importantly the WiFi wasn’t not working. I contacted the phone number provided but got no answer for support.

The area was good. Convenient to Métro and some great shops. But…we could hear rats in the little kitchen, and there were rat traps in the room and around the property. Lots of noise and partying from other guests kept us awake. No WiFi in our room. Overall, definitely would not recommend.

Close enough to get to all the amazing places in Paris! Our apartment was clean and efficient with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and it had the best pillows I've ever used at a hotel. The main downsides were no air conditioner and the washer/dryer did not actually dry any of our clothes. We had to pack damp/wet clothes when we left.

First things first, the rooms are small. It is clear from the pictures and I would say they accurately portray the size. If you're a family of 5, this isnt the place for you. We stayed 2 adults, 1 child and was fine for us. Our room was up 4 flights of spiral stairs. They were not the easiest to do after a long hot day walking around Paris, but we cracked on.
The entrance to the building is very sweet and well managed. The room wad clean.
The mezzanine level is too small for a large man but was fine for our child/small woman. The sofa bed was comfortable enough for my husband and I.
The Air-conditioning unit was a pleasant surprise and very much needed. The room was very hot as it was 34c in August.
The location is wonderful. 2/3 minutes from a metro station Arts et Métiers, at the bottom of the road before it splits is a great Japanese pancake place. Turn left out the road and walk about half an hour to Notre Dame. Walk right along the river slightly and watch the Eiffel Tower light show at night. Great restaurants along the way there. Also by the metro stop, Arts et métiers is a lovely bar called the same name as the metro station. We went everyday for drinks after being out.
Overall I would definitely return.
