Modern, functional, conveniently located with potential for optimization

The apartment is very centrally located near the metro stadium Les Halles. Lively street with many shops. Directly opposite is a supermarket.
It is modern and functionally furnished. The room with the bunk bed is a passage room. The bathroom with shower as well as the kitchen is facing the courtyard.
Communication worked great.
However, the apartment could have been cleaner and the floor in one room was defective. This should be fixed as soon as possible. Due to the busy street and the construction it is very noisy.

The apartment is worn down and not as fresh as the pictures on the post represents. The apartment is dark and super hot. The room with the bunk beds had no ventilation. Our hand towels were rolled up wet. Towels were old. Would not recommend.

I loved our little getaway to Paris, in our apartment we had everything we needed to be able to cook delicious meals when we didn't want to go out. One of the rooms opened onto a small, well-kept courtyard so it was quite bright. The beds were sufficient and comfortable for my children, they liked having their own little spaces. I would like to point out that it was very clean, we will come back I hope if we are in Paris.
