Old, dirty
full of laundry bags in the hallways, the common areas were dirty. The pool is very small and not clean and I am not talking about the sauna which is ridiculous in size and very old.
The staff is not welcoming, you have to fend for yourself to find access to the pool

Great location and nice, but disappointing restaurant
But the menu at 39.90 is so disappointing. Crab in a can, sea bream too dry. Too bad.

Non-commercial manager, aging establishment
The same cannot be said of the manager, who is completely uncommercial or accommodating.
We came with a Wonderbox reservation that we accept upon arrival. They give us our room. We dine in the restaurant of the hotel and after leaving the dinner the manager calls us to inform us that the Wonderbox reservation is not possible on weekends and that we will have to pay the high price... very diplomatic and commercial. No arrangement possible, I even offered to pay the difference, which she refused.
Of course I reported this incident and this practice has the wonderbox.
