Excellent location, breakfast non-included a little overpriced but I guess that s the price you pay to stay in that location.
Spa closed for works, it would be nice to have this information before our stay

Old hotel that would need a refresh. Too expensive for this level of quality. Amazing staff though. And that’s really important.

What a pity.

A bit disappointed by the hotel for not informing us about the ongoing renovations... so it was not very pleasant with the messy hallways and the smell of paint in the room.
On the other hand, the evening service at the restaurant was excellent!! And the breakfast was the same, nothing to say.
The restaurant staff is very kind and very helpful.

I was expecting to be charmed by this hotel but was disappointed. The furniture was quite worn, the room was small, and at breakfast the eggs were cold even though I was one of the first to arrive. The breakfast pastries were not fresh, though the goat cheese was excellent. The hotel is very well situated in the upper town and this makes it convenient to visit the attractions there. But I would not return to this particular hotel.

Correct but a little disappointed

Great location in historic center, small garden, small parking. Refreshment of paints for the hallway walls would be welcome. Decent room, Kettle available for tea, coffee. Correct bedding. Problem with washbasin evacuation from bathroom, suspicious traces on toilet tiles. Just a thank you for reporting the problems encountered but no apology. Not very professional, so, questioned our reporting of problems. No possibility to use a wonderbox when booking at the weekend. Too bad.
