Stop bikes very nice

Welcoming, setting, cleanliness nothing to blame!
Close to the center, very good place including for our bikes that we were able to put in a closed box.

A hotel to highly recommend

Coming from Switzerland as a family, we booked 3 rooms at Hotel Ferdinand. The 3 bedrooms were perfect and tasteful. Welcoming of the owner couple was particularly warm and attentive. After a good night in peace it was an excellent and hearty breakfast waiting for us. We can only recommend this property and thank the owners.

One of the best value for money

Very very good stay, perfect for a weekend. The hotel is very well located and the staff is very welcoming!
In addition, the hotel and rooms are clean, elegant and well equipped.
For continental breakfast that’s all we ask. I highly recommend excellent value for money!

Good hotel in perfect location

For a long weekend 2 nights booked at this hotel. Friendly welcome and friendly staff. We had a room on the top floor and since there is no elevator (we knew that in advance) you have to carry your suitcase. Well, that keeps you young. Beautiful room with the sitting area separated from the sleeping area, at the back of the property. Great bathroom with the toilet separate. Small flaw I found the passage to the bathroom, which is partly under the sloping roof. It is not very clearly indicated and twice I bumped my shoulder. Perhaps a matter of sticking a colored band on the slanted part, to clearly indicate it.
The hotel is perfectly located, with the main shopping streets about 200 meters away on one side and the exit area and Place Plumereau with cafes and restaurants on the other. Parking garage 5 minutes walk with very acceptable rate for 24 hours.
Breakfast the first morning was a bit strange. Since we were the only breakfast guests they had not prepared the buffet (which makes sense) and we could ask for everything, but that is a bit difficult, because you don't know what they have.
The second morning there were more people and we could take from the buffet. Minus was the coffee from a kind of Bravilor device. I can't do that anymore. There is an espresso machine with Nespresso cups, but for the first cup they pour large mugs full of rather dirty coffee.
We had a great stay.

A little gem in a great location

Excellent small hotel on a quiet street within spitting distance of the old town and a 15-min walk from the train station. Clean, modern, well-appointed, comfortable. Good breakfast. While we stayed there, we were mostly attended to by the owner, who was very pleasant. Please note, however, that his English is limited (by his own admission). Further, there is no elevator, which was no issue for us as we only had a small bag and stayed on the 2nd floor (aka the 1er étage).
