Total lack of professionalism
I strongly advise against this property. In March 2025, I booked and paid for a room for March 2026. The day before our stay, I learn that no room was held. The person in charge refused to honour his obligation. I had to pay quickly for one night at another hotel. This total lack of honesty is unacceptable.

Run away from the mad poor
What to say... so much I was speechless....
I've stayed in hotels a lot, but now...
Very poorly maintained hotel outside, although the interior does not make you dream either..
Hotel without heating, and almost no hot water.
No breakfasts, because according to the employees.. not enough customers (thanks for us).
Television that doesn't work.
A deposit of 100 euros is requested, although nothing was reported on their website.
Pros: the room was clean.
From shower gel and supermarket shampoo laid in the shower, I wondered if the room was not occupied when I arrived.
In 2025, it's not complicated to put soap dispensers like in other hotels.
Closed parking and paying 5 euros per night.
No night watchman, traveling alone, lucky nothing happened to me or that I didn't make a bad encounter in the hotel.
Strength and courage to employees who must certainly take complaints from customers.
Shame on the owners.
I made a call to my booking agency, to blacklist this hotel.
Which was done in the aftermath.
You won't see me again.

To flee!!!
The hotel website really makes you want to go. So I went there. When I arrived at the hotel the door is closed. The hotel and its exteriors seem abandoned. After a moment of waiting, someone comes to open me and sits at the counter. The young man does not seem comfortable. He tells me that due to a lack of staff there will be no breakfast or restaurant. I then arrive in my room. Everything is old, the bathroom unmaintained and the bed dubious. My heating not working, back to the reception. I see the young man pulling up a fuse! And if it wasn't enough to turn on the TV and cold shower. Before leaving an hour after my arrival the young man told me that the hotel would close...

Great fun if you have humor...
Record number of malfunctions broken! The list is really too long...
Yes the reception is open but there is no one even in broad daylight, you have to do everything by phone! Two other guests arrived at the same time as me and they too had their share of unpleasant surprises. I even had to pay for one of them so he wouldn't sleep in his car. Can't pay in cash...
Fortunately the person at the "reception", an hour's drive from the hotel (sic!) has a lot of imagination to find solutions...The only positive is the clean room and the relatively quiet hotel.
To avoid if you do not have angel patience!!!

Disappointing
I went to this hotel for 2 nights, training on Saint-Priest.
Upon arrival, the gate is closed, you must call a number that is present at the outside gate. Payment for breakfast and parking is payable in advance.
The room is not unsanitary, but deformed.
During the first breakfast (beware, it only opens at 7am), I tried to separate a guest about to fight with a person at Welcoming. the door code will not be given to you, so try to think about asking for it during checkout if you plan to return sooner or later.
Breakfast (€12) is a bit expensive for what it offers (some of the items on offer were not available and the coffee machine broke down the second morning).
The neighborhood is not super sexy, but one can go to a commercial area on foot (Buffalo grill, KFC in particular).
